The first of many good byes started today. I said good bye to the Cub Scout packs that I have been Committee chair for during the last 5 years. It has been such an honor and pleasure helping to shape these amazing boys.
Our family is about to embark on a journey that we have never taken before. We will be moving to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Daddy has a new job and it gives us new opportunities to live in a new place, make new friends and explore new things. We are very sad to leave our family and friends here but look forward to having more pen pals to keep in touch with. Mommy is a little excited and nervous all at the same time. The kids are both excited and sad too. There are a lot of emotions and a lot of work still to do before we undertake this journey.
I look forward to starting the blogging journal again as a way to document our adventures in our new town.
We also will be buying our first home in Milwaukee, so there is a lot to celebrate amongst the sorrow of leaving.
