Our year has been full of wonderful and some struggles. With the abrupt ending to my husband's job in the fall of 2012, it has not been an easy recovery. He found another job that paid the bills and gave him the opportunity to teach but at the same time, he kept feeling that he shouldn't stay there too long. Again, there came an unfortunate end to a job that was getting us by. From that point, he did everything he could to provide for us, even taking a job as a courier which barely paid him enough to fill the gas tank back up. We have wonderful family support that have helped us throughout this time and we cannot be more grateful. We will forever try to repay the love and kindness that has been shown to us. The Lord knew we needed a growth spurt and we have definitely been learning over the last 18 months. He also gave us a beautiful daughter to help ease the trials that we were going through. How can you be negative when you have a wonderful new life in your arms who smiles and giggles all the time?
As we know life on this earth is a learning process and as we were not prepared for this recent learning experience, we are now more focused and ready to accept this new job and all that it requires from us as a family and from my husband. I have never been more excited and ready for a change like this because it is something we had to be prepared for.
Words cannot express the love, gratitude and peace we are feeling right now. The future has been unclouded for us and we look forward to new challenges and more growth!
