So much has happened recently and within a short amount of time that I am SEVERELY behind in my postings. So, here is a sum up of our Princess’s birthday party. We had some friends over, made sock puppets, played limbo which went off very well, did some fishing and had cake. She had a blast and we all had a great time laughing. They were great kids that came to her party.
A week later it was time for the family reunion at Bryce Canyon. It was a great roadtrip! The kids did fabulous! There was a lot going on. We were the only ones camping the whole time. We had family as neighbors in the cabins and when we had down time it was nice to hang with them. Some other family members camped a little too. There was lots of activities and food too. There was even a squirrel near our campsite that took a piece of graham cracker from Daddy, twice. It was neat. A lot of fun was had by all.
After we got home it was time for Buddy’s birthday. He had a nice quiet weekend of cake and presents. He is such a great kid and we are so lucky to have him in our family.
The following Monday was the First Day of School for Princess! She had a great day and made new friends. Daddy went into work late so that he could help Mommy get through this morning. Princess did fine, Mommy not so much. What made it better was that Mommy got to pick her up that day and hear all about it. It is great because Mommy and brothers walk her to school everyday. Mommy gets her exercise and the boys get out of the house. We can’t wait until it gets much cooler. Life is full of excitement right now and we couldn’t be happier.
